We start with a short intro call, get a clear picture of your situation and propose a concrete path forward. From there, we work in clearly separated phases, without unnecessary meetings and without long lead times.

Who is Wandelwerk the right partner for?

For small and mid-sized companies, typically between 10 and 250 employees, where a lot of daily work still runs on Excel, email, phone and word of mouth, and who have no in-house development team. Whether a trades business, property management, freight company or growing service firm: if your processes have grown faster than your tools, you are in the right place. No project is too small for us, often it is exactly the first manageable automation that has the most noticeable effect.

Precisely then. We often see the biggest effects in businesses with 10 to 100 employees, because there, individual automations free up noticeable time right away. A project doesn't have to be big to be worth it with us.

Do you also come on site in person?

Yes, gladly. Some workflows are best understood once you have seen them in the business. That's why we don't only advise remotely but come to you when needed, look at your tools and processes directly on site, and discuss on that basis what really makes sense.

It depends on the scope. Smaller automations or integrations are often delivered within two to four weeks. More complex systems we plan together with you in realistic milestones.

Yes. We offer ongoing support, further development and technical assistance, depending on what you need. On request, we also take over the complete operation including monitoring, so that you no longer have to worry about anything.

We hear that often, and usually it came down to one of two things: the agency didn't listen, or responsibility was never clearly anchored anywhere. We solve both structurally. You speak with the founders, and what we commit to, we follow up on personally. In the initial call you're welcome to tell us what went wrong back then, from that we learn what we need to watch out for with you.

Where is your development team based?

Our development team works in India, project management and client support are based in Germany. We say this openly because we consider it a strength: you get a well-established, highly qualified team at rates that are viable for mid-sized businesses, and responsibility stays with us personally at all times.

What technologies do you use?

We work with React, Node.js and Flutter, among others, and in operations with Kubernetes and Terraform. Which technology is used depends on the project. We always recommend the stack that fits your long-term requirements best, not the one that happens to get the most attention right now.

You have a dedicated contact person in Germany. Updates come weekly or as needed via video call, quick questions we handle directly by email or chat.

How do you handle data security and GDPR?

We deliver all projects in full GDPR compliance, data is processed on European servers. Access rights and security concepts we define together with you before the project starts.
